en Tée (name is representational) is a tea business that has been operating in South India since 1970. They sell tea both for the wholesale market as well as the retail market.
They want a solution that will provide them with real-time information about their business and suggestions based on the dynamic market trends. This will help them make better buying decisions and improve sales.
MY ROLE
I worked closely with the client PO to understand the flow of stocks and how the KPIs are generated to translate that into dashboards.
